On October 1, President Trump signed a bill into law that will dramatically expand USCIS's premium processing, making it available for many more applications and petitions.
In particular, Premium Processing will now be available for Employment Authorization Document (EAD) applications, which currently take over six months to be adjudicated, EB-1C Multinational Manager petitions and I-539 Change or Extension of Status petitions.
