The State Department announced yesterday, July 14, that US consulates and embassies worldwide will begin resuming routine visa services on a post-by-post basis.
Depending on the conditions in each country, consulates will begin providing additional visa services and will eventually provide a complete resumption of routine visa services. Specific dates for each country's phased resumptions are currently unavailable, but will be published on each consulate's website as they are decided.
