Beginning in October 2020, USCIS will adjust its filing fees for certain immigration applications and petitions. These include the following changes, among others:
Increases
O-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $705
L-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $805
I-130 Petitions: Previous filing fee $535, new filing fee $550
H-1B Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $555
I-212 Applications: Previous filing fee $930, new filing fee $1,050
Decreases
K-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $535, new filing fee $510
I-140 Petitions: Previous filing fee $700, new filing fee $555
I-485 Applications: Previous filing fee $1,140, new filing fee $1,130
