NEW: USCIS Adjusts Filing Fees Beginning October 2020

Beginning in October 2020, USCIS will adjust its filing fees for certain immigration applications and petitions. These include the following changes, among others:


Increases

  • O-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $705

  • L-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $805

  • I-130 Petitions: Previous filing fee $535, new filing fee $550

  • H-1B Petitions: Previous filing fee $460, new filing fee $555

  • I-212 Applications: Previous filing fee $930, new filing fee $1,050

Decreases

  • K-1 Petitions: Previous filing fee $535, new filing fee $510

  • I-140 Petitions: Previous filing fee $700, new filing fee $555

  • I-485 Applications: Previous filing fee $1,140, new filing fee $1,130
