The US Consulates in Berlin, Frankfurt and München have suspended routine visa, passport, Consular Report of Birth Abroad and notary appointments until January 31, 2021.
The suspension of consular services is due to the German nationwide extension of additional pandemic restrictions, which took effect on January 5, 2021.
If you have an immediate need to travel, please contact the US consulate nearest to you to request an emergency visa or passport appointment.
