USCIS announced today that the fee for premium processing service will increase from $1,440 to $2,500 starting October 19, 2020 for all filings except H-2B or R-1 petitions.
Any premium processing request postmarked on or after October 19 must include the new increased fee.
Premium processing allows applicants and petitioners to expedite their immigration applications for an extra fee. Usually, premium processing requires USCIS to adjudicate petitions within 15 days of receipt.
