Winners of the 2022 Diversity Immigrant Visa Lottery - better known as the green card lottery - will be announced on May 8, 2021 at 12 PM EST.
Each year, 55,000 applicants are selected in the lottery. To check whether you were selected in this year's lottery, please use the Diversity Visa search tool. Applicants do not receive any other notification regarding their selection, so it is critical that applicants check their status online.
