USCIS has temporarily suspended premium processing services for all non-immigrant and immigrant work visa applications. This temporary suspension applies for the following visa applications:
Non-immigrant: E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L-1A, L-1B, Blanket L-1, O-1, O-2, P-1, P-2, , P-3, Q-1, R-1, TN-1 and TN-2.
Immigrant: EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3.
Beginning March 20, USCIS will not process any new requests for premium processing service. USCIS will reject premium processing requests and return the $1,440 filing fee for all cases filed prior to March 20, but which were not yet accepted by USCIS.
