Ayla Kremen Adomat, Esq.
Owner and Managing Attorney
Ayla is a northern Virginia native, whose law practice is based in Berlin, Germany.
Ayla has exclusively practiced US immigration law for over six years, focusing her practice on family and business immigration. This includes family-based green cards and fiance visas, as well as the full-range of employment-based visas, having represented investors, professionals, scholars, artists, musicians and many others.
Ayla is admitted to the New York Bar and is a member of the Berlin Rechtsanwaltskammer. She is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and previously served as an officer of the New York chapter's Corporate Practice group. Ayla also served as a Pro Bono volunteer with the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS).
Ayla offers representation in German and English and lives in Berlin-Charlottenburg with her husband and son.

Jasmine is from south-central Texas and has been living in Germany for the past six years. She has gained experience throughout her studies with diverse internships and study opportunities. Jasmine interned at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, DC, at the British Houses of Parliament in London, UK, and in her home state of Texas with former Senator Wendy Davis.
In 2015, she was chosen as a German Chancellor Research Fellow where she conducted research on transatlantic data protection and cybersecurity policy at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) in Berlin.
Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences cum laude, from Texas Lutheran University and a Master of Arts in International Relations from Universität Bremen.
